Olivia was the GM for our wedding. She was a tremendous help. She came prepared with great experiences, insights of Chinese culture/tradition and organizational skills. Olivia pays attention to details and provide guidance to the entire wedding party. The best of all, she has great attitude. She was caring, considerate, flexible, and positive with lots of energy. Olivia provided an outstanding GM service for us on the day of our wedding. We especially enjoyed her personal touch when it came to meeting with us prior to the wedding to help us plan out our day. She also went out of her way to make sure all our wants and needs were covered (and even some that we didn’t know we needed until the day of).
We had a Chinese Tea Ceremony for both families, which Olivia MC’d for us as well. She did a wonderful job and made both families very comfortable during the process with her strong familiarity with Chinese culture/traditions.

We are so thankful that we had Olivia as our Day-Of Coordinator for the day of our wedding. As a Chinese Catholic couple, we had a very full wedding day planned starting with Door Game and Tea Ceremonies in the morning, a religious ceremony in the afternoon, and all the way to the dinner reception at night; Olivia was there for us throughout the day, and had the knowledge and experience to make the various parts of our wedding day run smoothly. She took care of any issues that came up immediately and without prompting, before the issues had a chance to get to us. But even before the big day, she helped us keep our minds at ease by providing advice and assistance during our multiple planning meetings.

For those still considering whether to hire a Wedding Coordinator, we really highly recommend hiring at least a Day-Of Coordinator as your day will run so much smoother. And if you're going to hire a Wedding/Day-of Coordinator, Olivia's a great choice. :)

We were absolutely thrilled and grateful to have Olivia as our Day-of Coordinator. She was punctual, friendly, caring and ensured that the day ran smoothly. She assisted with our traditional Chinese tea ceremony, and was very kind and patient with our elderly guests. Olivia has a great sense of understanding what needs to be done and timing her actions appropriately. She arrived early to make sure everything was going according to plan, and left late to help with the cleanup.
Many guests have been complimenting us on how smoothly everything went, and that is in large part due to Olivia’s preparation and problem-solving skills.
